" I arrived just 30min late at the balcony because my flight was delayed and they had no car for me. I had to pay a taxi to my hotel and then a taxi the next morning to the rent a car again and was luckily able to rent it ( they only had 1 vehicle available). What's the point on renting a car online if you arrive at the balcony to be told there are no car that you can take? I won't rent with Dollar anymore as they're not trustworthy. "
